Hey everyone!
Happy New Year! Who knows what 2025 will bring on a global scale—it’s been wild, and it only seems to be getting wilder.
On a personal level, though, I’m feeling so excited about this year. There are so many milestones to celebrate:

• 🎓 My kiddo is graduating high school! She’s an incredible human being, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where her next chapter takes her.

• 🎉 I’m turning 50! Honestly, I never imagined 50 would feel this way. It feels good. I know myself, I love myself, and I’m in love with life—wrinkles and all.

• 🌿 I’m co-guiding a year-long ecotherapy program! Spending time in the wilderness with an amazing group of women and a team of guides I truly admire? Yes, please!

In these times of contradictions and uncertainty, I’ve come to realize that understanding, accepting, and allowing my light to shine—no matter the state of the world—is essential. It’s how I stay grounded and present.

I’d love for you to join me on this journey!
