"I had not had any acupuncture treatment for over 20 years, when my doctor suggested I might try some to help with allergies, digestion and hypertension. I had also been having some serious pain in my right leg and lower back.
I found Megan Rauch in Sebastopol, who does Traditional Chinese acupuncture. After just one session I had almost no pain in my leg, which was remarkable as the pain had been quite severe for weeks. After several sessions my pain is gone. My allergies have calmed down, and my digestion is so much better, and I feel much more centered in general.
Megan has a very gentle presence, and is also quite intuitive as well as skilled in her practice. The office is zen like, clean and quiet, and they have lovely soothing music too! It is the most relaxing hour of my week.
