Plantain W**d (plantago major)

Many people consider Plantain W**d a common w**d and will do whatever it takes to get rid of it. However, plantain w**d has some amazing qualities.

Plantain w**ds contain Vitamin A, C and K and are edible! If you wish to eat the leaves, pick the very young leaves in early spring and add them to a salad. The seeds, when cooked, are edible as well and contain Vitamin B1.

Plantain is super antiseptic. The herb is a powerful remedy to reduce pains from bite stings and poison ivy. Plantain tea has positive effects on reducing the discomforts of hay fever, coughs and colds as well as reducing toxins from your blood.
