I am running a huge estate and construction leftover sale at my property on Paradise Road in Ferndale. The garage sale runs from 10 to 4 on Saturday and Sunday, August 10 and 11th at 1254 Paradise Rd. in Ferndale. Please do not come to the property before then without an appointment. This is our dream home and so it has dreamy things in it! I am selling lots of furniture, including a king bed and frame with mattress, two queen beds with mattress and frames tons of bedding, an executive desk in white, another executive table in wood. I have dishes galore, glasses, office supplies, an electric rise stand/sit desk that’s practically new. A generator that’s never been used, rakes and shovels, a dehumidifier that was used one time, 3 yr old ride on John Deere mower, tiles and grout, lots of plumbing and electrical supplies and so much more.
There are a lot of blankets, clothes shoes, basically everything you would find in a nice house. Because this is an estate property and we acquired everything just 2 to 3 years ago after setting up a new home after fleeing California fires, nearly everything we own is high-end and very new.
There are a few appliances, including a brand new refrigerator that was never used that I paid $900 for. It still isn’t even plugged in! There are extra hoses, a glass door, a wooden door with panels… You get the idea it’s a lot of s**t! But nice s**t!
Some prices are fixed and others are give what you want. The vast majority of money taken in from this yard sale will be donated to a Thailand orphanage for abandoned Hill Tribe children, run by a single priest! The children have great needs and have very little support at this time, so please be extremely generous in your offerings. Thank you
