Basic recipe for making your own loose leaf tea is to use anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsp (1 TBS) per cup of water, depending on your need and desire.

For teas with barks, roots, and berries, cover and simmer the herbs in water for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.

Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil

Botanical Name: Eucalyptus globulus

Size: 5ml, 15ml, 1oz Value Size.
How to use: Diffuse 3-4 drops of Eucalyptus Globulus to enjoy its fresh minty scent and promote the respiratory system. Blend with a carrier oil to create a soothing massage oil for muscles & joints.

Argania spinosa (L.) Skeels

About: Argan oil has been used for thousands of years by Berber women to protect and revitalize hair, skin and nails. Exceptionally rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids (Omega 6 and 9) and vitamin E, Argan oil is a cosmetic gem and an excellent carrier for essential oils.

Quickly absorbed by the skin, it is traditionally used to nourish and protect and is known for its ability to soften the appearance of fine lines, promote elasticity, and deeply moisturize.

Composition at a glance: Just less than half mono-unsaturated fatty acids (Omega 9). A good third of polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega 6). Just less than one-fifth saturated fatty acids. Vitamin E.

Color and texture: Light yellow oil. Absorbs well.
Smell: Discreetly earthy with a hint of grilled nuts.
