We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented professional with PREVIOUS MEDICAL EXPERIENCE to support our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and providing exceptional client care in a luxury spa environment.

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in medical office
✔️ Strong communication & organization skills
✔️ Comfort with patient medical intake, scheduling, and basic clinical support
✔️ A polished, professional presence with a passion for client service

📍Location:

⏰Full-Time
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday (8:45am - 5:00pm)
Tuesday
(9:45am - 6:00pm)
The second Saturday of EVERY month
(9:45am - 2:00pm)
