Please help us welcome Mrs. Pamela Ervin onboard. We are so excited she is joining us!

Mrs. Pamela Ervin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Mrs. Ervin holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and has been engaged in the mental health field since 2018. Mrs. Ervin has experience working with diverse clients in multiple settings to include private practice, in-patient treatment for mental health and substance disorders, and most recently working in the public school system.
Mrs. Ervin utilizes cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution focused therapy, from a trauma informed perspective, to assist clients with becoming the mentally healthiest version of themselves. Mrs. Ervin creates a compassionate, non-judgmental environment for clients to delve deep and uncover personal strengths on the journey to holistic wellness.

As October comes to a close I sit here in my office reflecting on what we’ve worked on this month. Our tree theme this month was “what is our greatest fear?”

The takeaway is that we don’t have to let fear define us. Fear does not have to stop us from living life. Are there painful times in life? Absolutely! Do people hurt us sometimes? A resounding yes! But there is life after pain, suffering, and hurt.

Don’t let the fear of pain or hurt stop you from growing and living life!
