We are hiring for a Social Services Designee. This is a unique position working with our Licensed Social Worker, helping to serve as our residents' advocate.

This position plays a vital role in the service we provide to our residents. Requirements of this job include at least an Associates Degree in social work or equivalent field. Prior experince in Long Term Care is helpful.

The Grinch made a visit to Memory Lane in Crandall and Memory Care in Assisted Living. Our Residents were also delighted to have the West Branch 4th graders perform, share cards they made and visit with our Residents. Thank You!!!
