Our Story

Welcome to the Sebring Salt Spa, As a licensed massage therapist practicing in Sebring since 1993. I am always learning new techniques and modalities for pain relief and relaxation to help my clients. Now I have the privilege to introduce a much needed therapy to Sebring. Salt inhalation therapy, Halotherapy as it is called is an effective way to naturally treat a myriad of health conditions. It is a non-invasive, drug-free, chemical-free all natural treatment that can relieve the symptoms of Allergies, Asthma, COPD, Bronchitis, Sleep Apnea, Psoriasis, and much more. During a session you will be in a room surrounded by salt panels and Himalayan salt lamps that emit naturally occurring negative ions that reduce stress and promote better well-being. A halogenerator micronizes and emits pharmaceutical grade dry salt into the room. Once these small particles are inhaled they reduce inflammation, detoxify the lungs and sinuses, absorb bacteria, and fight infection.
