It’s May and our community is recognizing Mental Health Awareness and Trauma-Informed Care Month just as we did last year.

Through our MayHEM campaign—Helping Every Mind—Heartland Core Wellness and so many of our partners will be offering a full month of events to uplift, educate, and empower. From live chats and wellness activities to a special May-HEM Comedy Show hosted by Aisha Alayande, we’re committed to making mental health support feel accessible, communal, and even joyful.

Last year, we are put a spotlight on motherhood and mental health, this year we are raising awareness around challenges that we all face and we are bringing Faith Leaders into the mix, so join us because we are in the is together

Every mind matters and no one should carry their burdens alone.
