Sheila is new to Sebring and found a home at Muscle & Flow Collective. It has been a joy to get to know Sheila and build a relationship with a wonderful woman in our community. Hereโs a word from Sheila on her journey to now:
โHello and Welcome! I believe that yoga is for everybody. As I found from my own practice, the joys of yoga can be found in breath and movement. I invite you to join me in a welcoming community to feel balance and contentment on and off your mat. I encourage you on your own unique path with focus on self discovery and awareness. 10 am Mobility Yoga Flow
Blends mindful breath and movement focusing on areas of the hips, spine, shoulders that build coordination, strength, improved range of motion, enhanced posture, reduction of stiffness to promote overall mind and body ease.
โจWednesday Class
7:30am Wake Up and Flow
A slow paced and gentle flow that uses breath and movement connection. This class builds foundational strength, flexibility, improves body awareness , focus and stress reduction. You will leave class with a sense of calm.
โจFriday Class
6pm Flow with Ease into the Weekend Yoga
A slow mindful flow to release the weeks tension. Focus is on gentle warm up to improve mobility, releasing tightness in the hips, shoulder and spine mobility, cultivating balance, body awareness, stretching and restorative rest.
