Matthew consistently demonstrates reliability and initiative in everything he does. He always arrives on time and ready to work, setting the tone for professionalism and accountability.
Over the past month, Matthew has taken it upon himself to transport units to Palm Beach and return them to Monroe without Hesitation, ensuring our operations continue to run smoothly. He also took the lead in moving all equipment from our units into the spare trucks, making sure everything was organized and ready for service.
Beyond this strong work ethic, Matthew brings a positive attitude to every shift and is always willing to step in and help wherever needed. His team first mindset and dedication do not go unnoticed.
