Welcome, Padmaja Sajja, MD!

We are excited to welcome Padmaja Sajja, MD, to AdventHealth Medical Group Pulmonology & Critical Care at Sun N Lake.

Padmaja Sajja, MD, is a pulmonary and critical care physician providing care to patients ages 18 and older. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency and pulmonary fellowship at Harlem Hospital Center in New York. She was a chief internal medicine resident and a chief pulmonary fellow during her training. She is board-certified in internal medicine and preparing for her pulmonary and critical care board certifications. She also pursued an additional fellowship in critical care medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. In her free time, Dr. Sajja enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sketching and is very passionate about leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Sajja desires to improve her patients’ quality of life and continuously engages with innovative technologies and treatments.

Our human resources, foundation, and marketing teams had the pleasure of hosting an ice cream social to celebrate the open house of our new building.

It was a wonderful opportunity to welcome team members into the new space, connect with colleagues and enjoy a sweet treat together.

Recently, we said farewell to two incredible members of our AdventHealth Heartland family as they begin their next chapters in retirement.

Linda Lynch has been a spiritual pillar in our organization for the past 15 years. Her passion for sharing God’s love has touched countless lives—through her warm smile, heartfelt prayers, sense of humor, soulful songs, and compassionate spirit. Linda’s presence has helped shape the spiritual culture of our campuses, and her legacy will continue to uplift and inspire.

Arden Rouse retires after an extraordinary 45 years of service. As AVP of Accounting, Arden led with integrity, consistency, and deep dedication. His behind-the-scenes leadership played a key role in ensuring strong financial stewardship across the Heartland. A quiet force of excellence, Arden’s work has supported our mission in profound ways.

To both Linda and Arden, thank you for your unwavering commitment, your hearts for service, and the example you’ve set. You have finished your races with grace, and you will be dearly missed.

Recently, AdventHealth hosted our first ever EMPOWERMENT Event at South Florida State College, bringing together young men for a powerful experience centered on leadership, resilience, and real-life wisdom.
