Some of you may have heard at this point that WE ARE MOVING!

2020 brought about a lot of change to the face of our industry as well as to the structure of Serenity Massage. Because of this, we determined it was within the best interest of our business and family to downsize our facility. Don’t worry! We will still be providing massage and personal training services in our on-site gym. We are anticipating being fully operational in our new facility by the end of September. For clients with gift certificates and packages please contact us at your earliest convenience to schedule an appointment before then, as we only have two therapists and our schedules are limited. Please bear with us as we work to get everyone on the schedule, and navigate the challenges of the moving process. If you have any questions, feel free to call, text us or send us a message. This has been a long road for us and we are really excited to share the end results with you.

On Saturday we celebrated 4 years in business in Highlands County! We want to thank everyone who has supported us along the way. You helped make Serenity Massage what it is today and we are so grateful to be able to serve this community.

Happy Earth Day! In honor of today, we will be diving into this course book on plant-based nutrition coaching and learning how to adjust our training programs to better suit a plant-based dietary lifestyle. If you are plant-based and want to start building a better workout routine, give us a call!

There doesn't seem to be enough words to express the gratitude we feel for our golf tournament sponsors, the teams who joined us, those who donated money and raffle items, and everyone who put so much time into planning and executing this event!! All we can say is THANK YOU to you all.

It is only with your time and financial contributions that we CRUSHED our goal of $52,000 and raised over $54,000 for Lindsey's Wish! Thank you!! What a beautiful community we live in. ❤️🌻

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that Kiri will be leaving Serenity Massage in just a few short months. Although she will be dearly missed, we are also very excited for her as she is leaving us to be closer to family, who will be welcoming a new addition very soon. Kiri has been with us since 2018, and many of you have come to know and love her just as we do. We are sad to lose her, but wish her the very best on her new adventure.

With Kiri leaving, we'd like to invite all of you to jump on her schedule now and redeem your unused gift certificates and packages. Tim and Emmie will still be available to fulfill services, however with their schedules being mostly full, it will be harder for them to take new clients so it may be a longer wait to see them. Kiri will be with us until the end of April, so you still have time to get in and see her before she leaves. Come May 1st, our availabilities will be cut back, so hurry in!

We'd like to thank everyone for the incredible support we have had to what has been a very challenging year. We recognize the trust you have put in us for your well-being. We would not have survived this year without you!

This year for my Thankfulness giveaway, I decided to do things a little different. I have spent some time this week at the hospital talking with various members of the Critical Care team about what they have been going through the last few months. Over and over again, one name kept coming up in conversation, which is why I’d like to introduce you to Ms. Livia Rosado, the working Manager of Advent Health Step Down unit. I have heard countless stories about the selflessness of this woman, and how without her, the nurses and staff in critical care would likely have not survived the emotional and physical stress this pandemic has brought. Ms. Livia has advocated for her team and supported them in every way she can. She never asks someone to do a job unless she is willing to do it herself, and she truly cares not only about her patients, but also her team. So I would like to ask you all to take a moment to express some gratitude for this fearless leader as well as all of our healthcare workers in Highlands County. This fight is not over yet and they are still taking the punches to keep all of us healthy and safe.
