As many travel and celebrate the three day weekend please take a moment whether in prayer or just silence for the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their life for the freedom we celebrate each day in the USA 🇺🇸. I visited my father and mothers site at Baypines this weekend it was beautiful and a solemn reminder that we as a family fought the battle too. Post Vietnam my father suffered from PTSD early in my childhood but with mental health available to him he was able to conquer the mental pain of his past. Thank you to all our brave men and women that have served our great nation and esp those gone way to soon🎖️🪖🇺🇸🫡🌹❤️🤍💙

Super happy about a bunch of stuff today! Shoulder's on the mend, which is awesome. Went to the orthopedic doc just in case, and it's all good, just lots of inflammation - code for get a massage, stat! I'm seriously overdue. Had an adjustment today. OMG, forgot how great they make me feel. Dr. Taylor is a such a great chiropractor.
So, I'm back in action, but taking it easy this weekend to spend quality time with my daughter for Mother's Day and getting some vitamin sea 🌊 and sunshine.

Truly thankful for your understanding while I recover. But I told ya I wouldn’t be down for long. See you all next week!

Ugh I don’t like being down with pain. 🙄 I also don’t like having to cancel appointments but it’s my working shoulder 😩. Dr Chai had me almost pain free yesterday after a treatment but I decided to plant some flowers yesterday evening and forgot that I’m to be resting and being careful to not further injuring myself. Hope to be healed up and back at it but it’s day by day. If I have to cancel or reschedule you I apologize.

Happy Race Week! 🏁
You will probably catch me and my family out there this weekend. It’s the only guaranteed time off for my hubby even during tax season. The 12 hours of Sebring and Greek Easter.
We all root for different teams but we honor the sport of endurance racing. Everyone be safe this spring break weekend 🏝️☀️
