I’ve been up to my eyeballs busy and my sidekick helper has been out sick and I’m getting over a sinus infection which set off my asthma and still working since I’m not contagious. But I am resting and nourishing myself every second I can so this is why I’m off the grid when I’m not working. To those who are booked see ya soon

Wishing everyone a very blessed and joyous Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It's late, but I wanted to share. As I reflect and celebrate, I have to give thanks and gratitude to our Lord.

Today, I had a visit at Moffitt for further study of the thyroid. We did a diagnostic exam called lymphatic mapping. It's basically images captured through ultrasound in a grid-like pattern. It's an hour long, and you thought staying awake for a regular massage was a challenge 🥱. If there were any cancer spreading, it would appear in the lymph nodes, and great news, all was clear 🙏😊.

I still have nodules, but 1 is benign, and the others are shrinking, so we are moving in the right direction. Since we have to wait anyways I am taking on a thyroid healing approach. Couldn’t think of a better gift for my birthday… to get to celebrate another one better then the last

Some of you I have on my personal page so this is a repeat post kinda.
I had my heart cath yesterday and had a 90% blocked artery and ended up with 6 stents…. 😳 yes I wasn’t expecting this I went in thinking we are going to check things out and I may need 1 stent so this was rather interesting. Dr. Said gentetics was a big factor and Im very lucky that the signs were there.

It was a little rough afterwards the meds did not agree with me and I had to be flat for 12 hours which wasn’t fun trying not to move and not decorate the room 🤮

I slept as well as I could in the hospital and woke up this morning at 6am with more energy then I’ve had in years. Hallaluja!

If all heals well and I actually force myself to rest I will be back in action Tuesday. Giving myself ample time to heal and attend follow up appointments.

Next journey is Moffitt to tackle the thyroid issue but that will be next month.
