We are having a OHSAA sports physical clinic in our office on Tuesday June 10th starting at 9:00 am. These office hours are exclusive to student's physicals. The cost is $20 CASH ONLY. You must have your 2025-2026 physical form completed and signed by a parent/legal guardian BEFORE you come for your appointment. Please call our office to schedule 330-938-0001. Time slots will fill up fast so don't delay!
