BHS students attended the Missouri Behavioral Health Conference in Branson, MO, where they gained insight into innovative treatments for PTSD and Opioid Use Disorder, as well as novel applications of AI technology and evidence-based practice methods. They engaged with distinguished speakers, including Johnny Crowder of Copenotes.com and actor Rob Lowe, who shared poignant accounts of their personal journeys with mental health and recovery. The students networked with seasoned professionals from across the state and developed strong bonds with one another. This conference served as an ideal precursor to a busy year ahead, as the students eagerly anticipate acquiring further knowledge in pursuit of their AAS in Behavioral Health Support.
