soothing sounds, the comfort of a warm table and professional
draping procedures. We respect he modesty of our clients and want you to feel comfortable. We will put you at ease physically because we will customize your treatment for your specific pain. Whether you have a specific problem that you need relief from or just want to get away to relax, we can help. Your goal is our goal and we are confident that you will have a good experience.

📌each sauna session includes fresh lemon water, a cold bottle of water, some complimentary items such as refresh spray for a sweaty face and sinus shower bombs, a fully stocked bathroom inside the sauna room and enough time to take a shower if you wish to afterwards.

We wish we had time to set up again this year because last year was so much fun! These kind of events are so important to the community and you can learn a lot of valuable information attending them, not to mention all the great people you can meet! Shoutout to Chill Cryotherapy & Wellness + Mental Mixology for putting the time and energy into hosting these events for the community because it is no easy task. You guys are awesome! 💙
