8am – 4pm with Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
Paid Mileage and Access to Company Vehicle

Pay – Based on Experience ($24 - $27)

Requirements
LPN License
Pass Background Check
Ability to navigate computer/tablet
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using all forms of communication
Ability to work independently in the home of current clients
Dependable
Honest
Good Work Ethic
Team Oriented
Ability to follow directions

Job Duties
Med set up in client’s homes / Monitor Aides while in the home
Travel from client to client within our 3-county radius (Saline, Benton, Pettis)
Document each visit and alert supervisor should have concerns arise
Give daily report to RN or assigned staff
Fill in as needed when needed for other jobs
Advocate for our clients
Communicate with Doctors offices, pharmacy, and specialist
Problem Solving
Working with a team of Nurses and other staff to provide the best service possible

Helping All People Pursue Independence - HAPPI, Inc. is looking to hire a part time LPN. Daytime hours preferred / 2 days per week 16 hours per week.

Must Have LPN License
Must be able to pass background check

Primary Job Duties:
Go into clients homes
Assessing the clients needs and overall health
Set up medications
Document each visit
Finger nail and toe nail care
Blood pressure checks
Other duties as needed

Pay is based on experience
Potentially will lead to full time position in the near future!
