Hello friends!
I am implementing a “new” policy 😉
Now that my massage room has moved, and you can enter through the other set of doors and have a seat in the waiting area please feel free to park in the top driveway( if there is a vehicle in the basement driveway). And I am asking that you show up 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time so that you are able to use the restroom and we can have a quick chat about what we need to focus on before your session . If you are a new client and have forms I will ask that you show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will help keep me running on time and keep your schedules running smooth as well.
That being said, if you happen to be running behind, please understand that your appointment time will start at your scheduled time. And the cost will reflect the time that you have scheduled with me. Regardless of how much table time you get.
For instance
If you have a 1 PM appointment, and you were scheduled for 60 minutes, your time starts at 1 PM regardless of what time you get to your appointment. And the cost will be for a 60 minute massage, even if we only get 55 minutes or less.
