Purify is a staple in our house, but especially in the summer. It’s awesome for bug bites and stinky summer sandals and shoes. We’ve been using it pretty religiously in our golf shoes to take the stink out. I diffuse it in our laundry room quite regularly since that’s where the cats’ litter box lives. It’s also great for earaches, and especially swimmer’s ear.

Turmeric is a daily oil, period. The anti inflammatory punch that it packs is why you need this in you or on you every single day. It’s also a major immune system booster. Turmeric is an oil that can change your life if you get consistent with it, especially if discomfort of any kind is part of your regular life.

I'm working on something magical to make ordering even easier, especially if you aren't always on Facebook.

These two are very similar and so different all at once. They are his and hers lavender. What do I mean? The floral scent of lavender is sometimes too "girly" for some guys. That's where Petitgrain steps in because the scent isn't flowery, but chemically it has quite a few similarities to lav.

I personally view Lavender and Petitgrain as step one and step two for quite a few things. Stress and anxiety is one great example. For many Lavender is exactly what the doctor ordered and just sniffing the bottle can give relief. For others, they need to go two step two which is Petitgrain. I'd also like to add that many parents of sensory kiddos and kids on the spectrum rave for Petitgrain for calming.

Want another step one and step two example? Blood Pressure is a solid example of that. Lavender can be all you need, but if not step two would be 2-4 drops of Petitgrain in a capsule (or just drank down) daily.

Often times we look at oils for their individual uses and lose site of the big uses. So, that blood pressure example I just gave? Well, of course it can be that specific or you can look at the more general usage and see that blood pressure has to do with the cardiovascular system, so its a safe assumption that it is an overall support for that entire system.

I'm going to shoot more and more uses at you throughout the day in the group, along with some DIY ways to use these oils. If you aren’t in the group, comment below and we will get you added.

Peace and Balance are two oils that are always in my purse oil bag, especially this time of year. I hate winter driving, so I’ll put one of or both of these on my diffuser necklace and on my neck.

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have stress. You might ask why you would need both. I tend to use Peace more preemptively. I love the scent of it, so it is my perfume some days. I also diffuse it by itself for a calm home. It is also a great sleep oil after a stressful day. Peace also conveniently has all of the recommended oils for high blood pressure in it.

On the other hand, I lean heavily on Balance for anxiety. I use it for my jittery stress, when I can’t get my brain to settle. I will forever love it paired with Serenity. Balance is a beautiful earthy blend to diffuse. You know those days that you go to bed know that your list for the next day is huge and you’re already playing out how to get it all done? Those are great nights to put it on your big toe and/or in your diffuser. The next morning is an even better time to get it on. Dr. Hill recommends Balance every single morning. I’ll post more on that later today.

These oils make an amazing gift. I gave Peace as part of Blake’s teacher gifts for Christmas thanks to the last BOGO. There won’t be another BOGO before teacher appreciation week, keep that in mind. This would also make a great just because gift for any employees or support staff you may have.
