Ladies 💖, it’s time to embrace your body, unleash your creativity, and flow into fitness like never before! At Pole Flow Fitness, we celebrate all shapes, sizes, and skill levels- because every body deserves to express itself. 💃

Join us for a sassy and classy workout that combines the grace of feminine movement, the artistry of flow arts, and the rhythm of dance. Our classes are designed to invigorate your mind and body, leaving you feeling empowered and fabulous! ✨

📅 When: Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30 PM (Doors open at 6:15 PM)
💵 Cost: $28 drop-in or $25 if you pre-register!
💡What to expect: Start with a warm up to activate our muscles and body and move to conditioning and prep for training tricks and dance, free flow time to learn your own personal flow, and then a short cool down sesh. ✨
👙 What to wear: Shorts and a tank top, a pair of flowy pants/skirt (optional), socks for sliding.
🙏 Please no lotion/oils on your body, or jewelry.
Do not eat at least an hour prior to class 🤗
