Recently, a father and his 20 year old son came to see me for Craniosacral Therapy. I first saw the son, then his father right after. I noticed that the son’s body mirrored his father’s. The restrictions were very much relevant for the father, but not the son.

Even my colleagues have experienced the same with mother & baby, and couples, too.

Being a witness to this, I realize how crucial it is for me to love myself better. ❤️‍🩹 What kind of energy do we want to share with our loved ones?

I was reflecting on my journey at Sedona Kokoro Healing the other day. (As I frequently do 😊) It has always been a dream of mine to have my own practice and December 2026 will be the 6th year anniversary.

Being my own boss, managing my own schedule and setting up my practice the way I wish was a no-brainer as to why I wanted to do this.

However….what has had the greatest impact on me was the connection I experienced by simply holding space for my clients. 💫

I have experienced my own healing through some of them and for that, I am deeply grateful. 🙏💜

My soul sister Angela Rockwood and I have had many discussions about having a Healing Gathering in the city of Angels.

Our first gathering was filled with so much love and laughter. 💕 I was honored to hold space for my Los Angeles family by offering CranioSacral Therapy sessions.

I have also experienced healing through each of these beautiful beings. 🙏
