Baby Bakasana. I find yoga so interesting because even if you find your body in the full expression of a posture, you can still practice length of hold, your breath, or some more advanced variation. It’s a constant practice and there is so much room for growth.

It’s been 5 months. On 1/7/24 I lost 2 of the most important people in my life. Words cannot describe the pain and sadness I’ve felt for months afterwards. How does life go on? And why should I? So much sadness lived in me. My nana and my dad always believed in me, in March I decided to make my own pilgrimage to San Diego from Clarkdale, AZ something I used to tell my dad I wanted to do. I spent the next few weeks training, I set out on 4/20/24 and rode 420 miles to my dad’s house in San Diego. Together we raised over $4k for Pancreatic Cancer Network and the local hospice who helped us care for my nana. (Crushing my goal of $1k!!!) Thank you for following along my journey. This year has been the hardest I’ve ever had to experience, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally — I am grateful for all my family and friends who have held me up when I could not stand. Thank you all. Xx
