Apparently it's national dog day! So I'd thought I'd pop on here and tell you that I'm no longer in training. Well, training never ends but I don't need this any more! I ran around the room with it to tell mamma so as well 😂 Happy national dog day!

How's your winter going? We got a smidgen of the white stuff recently after days of rain. Not too sure of that jacket that mamma made me wear tho! 🤔 I'm definitely looking forward to spring in the garden. How about you? ❄️🐶🌷

WHAT?! Mamma just told me the price of my food these days! So, I decided to hop on here and ask for your help:

Today is Small Business Saturday and the next few weeks matter a lot to small businesses. Get yourself off Amazon and shop small this Holiday Season. Co's it matters BIG to small businesses like ours. We don't just sell courses we have some cute and beautiful and NATURAL gifts including teas hand picked from our garden (I watched mamma do it), and hand crafted botanical perfumes (which smell amazing!). And my mamma authored a book - cos she's special like that. But then I'm biased cos she feeds me...which gets me back to my first point...

Walking among the pine trees. Mamma and I took a little day trip over the weekend and spent some time walking among these huge ponderosa pines. Smelled so good! I was also in awe of these huge trees towering above me.

Side note: I did my usual "hang my head out of the window with hair blowing in the breeze Hollywood style." No photos of that sadly as mamma had to drive 😜🐶🥰🌲🌲🌲

Aroma info: Pine forests are calming and rejuvenating due to the pine needles. Grab a bottle of essential oil and you'll know what I mean...
