GENERAL UPDATES
We have suspended all in-person events and non-essential travel until mid-April and are putting strategies and resources in place to conduct all business online for both Promoters and employees.
Please do everything you can to limit exposure to groups and conduct your NeoLife orders, sharing and meetings online.

LOS ANGELES DISTRIBUTION CENTER (LADC)
The Los Angeles Distribution Center (LADC) will be open for pick up only during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Please call ahead to place your order by phone or online. Upon arrival contact LADC and a Sales Support staff member will deliver your product order to you in your vehicle. Please note the following additional updates:
In-person Expo and Team Meetings scheduled at the LADC for the remainder of the month and most likely until mid-April will be hosted online via zoom. Visit neolifeevents.com for more information.
Team leaders who have planned meetings for March will be contacted by a member of the sales team in order to discuss support for online meetings as an alternative.
We are intensifying our daily cleaning procedures, including cleaning all common surfaces, door handles and other common touchpoints.
FREMONT HEADQUARTERS
As you may be aware, Alameda County where our NeoLife Headquarters are located has issued a “shelter in place” order. This order applies to all non-essential businesses to shut down except for minimum basic operations. We believe that our business of supplying our Promoters and customers with health, personal care, and home care products constitutes an “essential business” and we will maintain business operations.
Employees at our Fremont Headquarters are being urged to work remotely and we are putting in place measures to ensure seamless operations as much as possible.
MANUFACTURING
Every effort is being made to continue uninterrupted manufacturing and address supply challenges to support the increased demand for immune-boosting nutrition. We have the best supply team in the industry who are diligently and tirelessly working to overcome disruptions. One product that has been affected is our Super C due to an exponential increase in sales. We have already produced a new batch of Super C and are working to expedite delivery to our warehouses.
WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION
In our warehouses around the country we are staying on top of the situation with daily staff calls and have proactively enacted the following measures:
Stopped all non-essential travel
Established extra cleaning stations throughout facilities with disinfectants, masks, wipes, and hand sanitizers
Ramped up (2–3 times daily) cleaning of doors, break rooms, and personal equipment like keyboards and monitors
Conducted specialized hygiene training at all facilities
Right now, our warehouses continue to operate at full capacity at all sites around the country. We don’t anticipate any changes to our operations and will be in touch with any relevant updates as the situation develops.
DAILY MONITORING
We are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the world to ensure the safety of our NeoLife family. We are tracking the communications from the CDC, WHO and local health authorities for guidance. This is impacting countries and states differently and we will make decisions accordingly in order to protect the health and safety of our business partners, customers and employees.
