WE'VE all probably had mountaintop lifetimes - maybe a life as a monk in Tibet or Peru, or as a Native American Shaman.

Being in harmony on the mountaintop is easy. Doing it in the village of life is the real challenge. Now we are learning how to bring the mountaintop consciousness into the village.

INNER CHILD

UNFORTUNATELY, a lot of therapies exploring the inner child use the "victim" model instead of the "challenge" model.

In the victim model, you're a survivor of abuse, but often still seen as damaged goods.

In the challenge model, the emphasis is on feeling good about the challenges you overcame. Your strengths are not just in spite of what you went through, rather because of it. Cheer that victory!

SOUL BRUISES

SOUL bruises occur when a past-life event was so traumatic that it created an incompletion. Because this trauma could not be fully integrated into wisdom, a wound or gap is formed.

Sometimes that Soul bruise is so deep that it needs to heal in layers. That’s why we tend to attract people or circumstances that bring up the same issue. It helps you slowly heal the bruise.
