Relax, Rejuvenate, and Reset in Beautiful Sedona with Bodhi Being Healing, Meditation, and Yoga on the Red Rocks for Single and Multiday Custom Retreats.
EveryBODY is different, which is why no one particular formula will work for everyone. My aim is to give you a better understanding of your body and what works for you while providing information from a holistic approach that looks at not just the body, but the mind, emotions, and the connections shared with the subtle body to help you feel more alive and full of vitality. I teach affordable community based yoga classes incorporating breathe and awareness through intentional movement and play. I feel that yoga should be fun and accessible to all demographics, ages, and abilities. Yoga is not just for flexible people, nor is it just about stretching or contorting our bodies into strange positions in leggings for a nice profile picture. My desire is to create space for a modern yoga practices rooted in traditional teachings. Yoga means “union”; Creating union of body, mind, and spirit through breathe, meditation, and movement is my goal in both my own practice and in the workshops I offer. My passion is to bring all aspects of yoga to invite more awareness and spaciousness in to the body and to calm the mind through breath, mediation, and asana as a moving meditation.

Just as nature follows cycles of growth, renewal, fruition, & rest, as women, we too experience phases that synchronize with our 28-day cycle, mirroring the moon's 28-day rhythm. When we align with our own cycle and nature's rhythms, it can bring more ease, flow, and overall energy. Even if you don’t have a cycle, we're still influenced by this natural ebb & flow of the natural rhythms.

❄️ Menstrual / New Moon / Winter
A time for rest, reflection, & self-evaluation. Like the new moon & the winter season, it encourages a time to go inward, nurturing intentions & new beginnings. Self-care & introspection are so important during this sacred renewal while disconnecting from the external world to surrender within.
Rest and gentle movement are key.
Consider a restorative yoga practice or qi gong during this time.
🌼 Follicular / Waxing Moon / Spring
After the new moon, winter & me**es — energy starts to shift outward. This is a time for planning, brainstorming, & embracing new beginnings. Creativity blooms, & it's prime time to sow seeds for what's to come.
Vinyasa flow, Pilates, & strength training are a great compliment to this stage of rebuilding & growth.
☀️ Ovulation / Full Moon / Summer
This is a time for socializing, creating connections, & making things happen. Energy peaks, confidence soars & your magnetic charm is at a peak.
Power yoga, exertion, running, & weightlifting are ideal during this peak phase.
🍂 Luteal / Waning Quarter / Fall
Fall, a season of settling in & reaping rewards compliment the waning moon & the luteal phase is a time for insight, truth, discernment & focus. It’s a good time to tie up loose ends before energy dips.
Yin yoga, tower reformer, & tissue work are your allies.
As we move through the inner seasons and cycles, while aligning with nature's rhythms, it can bring greater harmony & balance with more ease & flow. And, we know it’s from this place — with less stress and "efforting" that we attract more of what we desire.
I’m curious to hear if you’ve been following the cycles & what you’ve noticed for yourself… 🌺✨
Embracing the Power of Women's Cycles, Moon Phases, and Seasons Just as nature follows cycles of growth, renewal, fruition, & rest, as women, we too experience phases that synchronize with our 28-day cycle, mirroring the moon's 28-day rhythm. My friend Stacy captured this photo with his beautiful lady Nitzia. They are such an incredible team together… not only in work but in relationship too. They are some of the sweetest, most caring, authentic, and genuine Souls I know.
(And very humble too…) seriously, their art is truly some of the best my opinion…
If you are considering photos of any kind, check out STACY BURK].
Even if you’re not considering any photos right now, you will be helping this lovely couple and getting incredible photos/memories from the experience.
Stacy is one of my favorite photographers in the area that can do justice to both the landscape and the people at the same time.
Check ‘em out…
Oh, and their music videos too!!!
Stacy is an artist of the lense and music and Nitzia’s medium is through dance. They are so fun. 💖
Flexibility isn’t just about stretching, it’s about building strength with mobility in usable ranges of motion.
If you want to improve your practice at the studio or activity outdoors, it’s essential to dedicate time for both strength and flexibility in your training.
Both are important and need to be developed simultaneously. If there is an imbalance of one over the other, injury may occur.
Flexibility without strength can lead to joint instability, whereas strength without flexibility can limit the range of motion and lead to tears or problems with posture and improper alignment.
A healthy, high-functioning body must have both strength and flexibility.

Of the millions of visitors from around the world that come to Sedona and the hundreds of thousands that frequent this sacred space, it’s such a delight to be able to give back for something that provides so much for so many.
It’s amazing what a couple of hours and a few extra hands can accomplish!

Bodhi means "awakened" one. A Bodhi Being is one who has the courage to experience the unknown parts within oneself, to discover the depths of their soul and existence, and illuminate the shadow parts within in order to be brought to light, to awaken to one’s true potential, and to become empowered to one’s own path in healing and wellness in our own unique and beautiful “be-ing.” As human “be-ings” not human “do-ings” we must
remember the importance to slow down, to go within, to allow time for oneself, and simply to just “be”.
Founder of Bodhi Being, Kim Sieb teaches people how to enhance their awareness of their energetic, physical, mental, and emotional body to become empowered in one’s wellbeing. Kim’s philosophy echoes ancient Eastern Medicine that believe that disharmony in the physical body begins in the energetic field that could stem from blocked emotions, and habitual patterns and beliefs in the mind which cause restriction of energy flow or “Qi”. Kim helps people reciruclate their Qi and become aware of their stuck energy patterns, subconsicouss thoughts and beliefs so they can be reprogrammed for optimal well being. She uses various practices that empower people to take healing in to their own hands such as yoga, qi gong, meditation, breathwork and techniques for reprogramming of the subconsciouss mind. Kim uses experiential and “hands-on” healing techniques such a Reiki, BARS Access Consciousness, crystal therapy, and sound healing.
Kim is available in Sedona for Private and Group Healing, Yoga, and Meditation Sessions. She works with two of the few companies that are permitted to practice on the Red Rocks. You can learn more about Kim’s services here: www.embodhibeing.com
Kim is a 500 hr. Yoga Teacher, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Holistic Health and Human Development, she is certified in several modalities including Ayurveda, Breathwork, Reiki, and BARS Access Consciousness. She has extensive training in the healing arts through immersive studies while living at an Ashram in Nepal and studying traditional yoga while living in India. She has worked with world renowned teachers and has taught mindfulness-based yoga workshops for festivals around the globe. She is passionate about the healing arts and sharing it with others. She works with people both online and in Sedona to help heal from within.
