Small group training at Lift To Lose Fitness & Nutrition: The Slam ball is an excellent full body exercise that build strength and gets the heart rate up. It’s also a fantastic tool for releasing frustration and aggravation! The slam balls at my studio range from 5 to 25 lbs so all levels of fitness can join in on the fund. Small-group training in West Sedona at Lift To Lose Fitness: Robin is THE MAN when it comes to the ab wheel! It takes time to work up to this advanced exercise but it most certainly can be done. It provides one heck of a workout for the core and shoulders. Robin, I appreciate how far you've come and what your body is capable of.
