Although The Star Beam Self-Esteem workshop series on this page focuses on children It is also great for, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Here are some comments from adults who were happy to experience the first session in the series:

I love the Star Beam Self-Esteem program offered by Jeanne Yancer. She teaches an amazing way to reach deep within yourself to find a connection to inner strengths of self worthiness. Stars are everywhere in nature, the universe and within ourselves. Finding my star taught me how to release my negative thoughts and energy with the ability to replace them with positive, motivating self-esteem on a daily basis. I've taken her class a few times and my journey's have left me rejuvenated. I recommend her program for all ages!!

Children have really benefitted from it. Thank you Jeanne for starting this one of a kind technique of self-healing.

So I have been working with Children to help them recognize and build their sense of self. I am committed to helping them gain a better perspective of themselves by helping them find their Star.

Children, and all of humanity, need to know that they can reach inside themselves and find a friend in there, to realize they are enough.

I have created a mindful self-esteem building recreational program. This innovative program incorporates fun, crystals, color, music, breathing, imagination and lying on a life size star. Finding your star provides the potential to reach within for strength and comfort and helps them find a calm positive voice inside These practices relieve anxiety, and much more! Being able to reach within is a valuable tool to learn in this day and age where looking outside one’s self for what is needed seems to be the norm. This deep sense of connection to ourselves and the universe may provide a realization that we are never really alone. Once you find your star, it is always with you. This activity has been designed to be a 5 – 6 week curriculum to ensure participants experience the beneficial concepts and practices. Each week builds on the previous, and incorporates creating a commemorative keepsake to assist with integration of the energy and serves as a reminder that your star is with you always.
