After working with over 7,500 clients, there’s one story I will never forget...

Dear Ascend Clients & Patients,

There’s one story I haven’t fully shared yet… and it says everything about why this moment matters.

In October of 2018, when I first stepped into the h**p oil space, I’ll be honest—I didn’t fully know the true potential of the plant.

At that time, we were recommending CBD h**p oil based on what we were hearing from professionals in the cannabis and medical communities. There was promise… but I hadn’t yet witnessed the full impact for myself.

After my last message, many of you reached out asking the same question:
“What does the CBD h**p oil prohibition actually mean for me?”

I want to take a moment to answer that clearly—without fear, without hype… just truth.

In simple terms, it means we will no longer be able to use true h**p-derived oil to formulate CBD products in the way we have been. The new law restricts THC levels to amounts lower than what the plant naturally produces, effectively eliminating the ability to use whole-plant extracted h**p oil as medicine.

This is a significant shift.

And while this outcome is being shaped by multiple industries—including government regulators, pharmaceutical interests, and the competing Ma*****na market—the result is clear:

Access to a natural form of support that has helped millions is being fundamentally taken away– and most people have NO idea this is happening!

Over the past several months, I have been closely tracking three proposed amendments that could have delayed or softened the new federal h**p restrictions. I chose not to speak prematurely, because I wanted to fully understand what is actually happening—so I could guide you with truth, not speculation.

At this time, it appears that the law passed on November 12, 2025, restricting THC to 0.4 mg per container, will not be overturned.

will be closing February 25th

Beginning March 1st, Ascend CBD will be available through my newly expanded online home, Ascend Sedona.
