It isn’t a relief to be told “Everything is normal” when we know deep down that we aren’t feeling like ourselves. Our body’s wisdom is a powerful guide to our healthiest life, and yet how often do we dismiss it, or feel like we should?

You don’t need more motivation.
You need more rest.

If you’ve been calling yourself lazy for not being able to “push through,” I want you to know this:
👉 You’re not lazy. You’re burnt out.

Burnout isn’t just “being tired.”
It’s what happens when your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long and now your body is protecting you the only way it knows how: by shutting things down.

Signs you might be burnt out (and not just tired):
⚡ You wake up exhausted no matter how much you sleep
⚡ Small tasks feel like climbing a mountain
⚡ You’re wired at night but drained during the day
⚡ Your moods are unpredictable

Most women don’t realize that their gut and hormones are in constant conversation.
And when your gut isn’t happy? Your hormones feel it — and so does your mood.

Here’s what can happen when this connection gets out of balance:
