Discover a rare and beautiful healing practice rooted in the wisdom of Tibetan medicine.
Nejang Tibetan Healing Yoga is a gentle self-healing practice that combines breathwork, movement, self-massage, and meditation to support the body, calm the mind, open the channels, and restore inner balance.
Unlike modern yoga classes focused on performance, flexibility, or intensity, Nejang invites you into a more subtle relationship with the body. Through simple, intentional practices, you will learn how to work with the breath, clear stagnation, awaken awareness, and reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence.
This is yoga as medicine.
Yoga as listening.
Yoga as breath, presence, and inner harmony.
In this first four-Friday series, Bianca will guide students through accessible Tibetan yogic practices for breath, body, and mind. Students may attend one class or experience the full series as a deeper journey into Tibetan healing yoga.
This class is ideal for anyone drawn to meditation, subtle body practice, energy medicine, nervous system balance, somatic healing, or a gentler, more restorative approach to yoga.
No prior experience is needed. The practice is gentle, adaptable, and welcoming.
Held in the intimate healing space of Studio AHA, this offering is a rare opportunity to study Tibetan healing yoga in a peaceful, supportive environment.
