Stepping into my next chapter feels a lot less like “hustling” and a lot more like grounding. 🤍

After leading back-to-back private sessions at Down Dog Sedona, I wandered through Crystal Vortex in Uptown Sedona and found myself drawn to a few crystals that felt deeply aligned with the season I’m in.

✨ Pyrite for confidence, abundance, and leadership energy

I realized something today… I have space again. ✨

Not just time on the calendar, but space in my mind, body, and heart.

The last few years felt full in every sense of the word. Busy, heavy, nonstop. So much movement, but not always enough room to breathe.

Today I went to Pilates for the first time in over a year. It seemed like such a small thing, but it felt like something quietly shifted. No big breakthrough. No dramatic moment. Just space.

And sometimes that’s what healing looks like.

Sometimes we don’t realize how much we’ve been carrying until life finally gives us room to set some of it down.
