You know that feeling when something inside starts rumbling—quiet at first, then unmistakably loud?
Yeah. That.

Spirit’s been tapping on my shoulder (and let’s be honest, sometimes shaking me by the shoulders) and saying: “ It’s time.”
Not in a dramatic way. Not in a collapse kind of way.
But in the very real, very sacred kind of way.

I’m in a season of turning inward.

Not hiding. Not disappearing.
Just shifting my energy, reclaiming it, listening more closely than ever before.

The Hermit (a.k.a. Me, Right Now)

If you know Human Design, I’m a 6/2—the role model Hermit.
Which basically means I bounce between “Come join me in this cosmic leadership circle!” and “Please don’t text me, I’m in a cave with tea and Spirit right now.”

And right now?
Cave time.

I’m nearing the end of the second phase of my 6/2 journey—the deep healing phase.

It’s where the deepest inner work stops being theoretical and starts showing up in your dreams, your body, your calendar, and your soul’s calendar too.

Things are rising. Old things.

Not in a crisis kind of way—more like a soul-cleanse.
Wounds from childhood. Wounds from other lives. Woulds I thought I’d already healed…but apparently wanted to run through the rinse cycle again.

Not from victimhood. Not from blame.

Honestly, I’m weirdly grateful.
Because what’s coming up is showing me just how much more strength, clarity, and self-love is available when I actually pause and pay attention.

Also, Life Is… a Lot

Not just internally. Externally too.

Managing renovations for two houses (because one wasn’t enough, apparently)

Listening closely as Spirit outlines the blueprint for a nonprofit I didn’t even know I was launching until suddenly a few weeks ago…I was

….and feeling all the feels that come with being a mom whose child just crossed that high school finish line—and a partner walking beside someone reimagining his path, his purpose, and our shared dreams.

Mount Shasta, Mirrors, and Letting Go

At our Christ Alchemy retreat in Mount Shasta, something powerful happened.
Actually, a lot of powerful things happened.

We cried. We laughed. We danced. We moved mountains inside ourselves.

Some people left visibly changed—in their bodies, in their faces, in their hearts.

And in the middle of holding space for all of that, I got handed a little mirror.

A gentle one. But also a loud one.

I saw, clearly, a pattern I’ve been carrying for lifetimes:

Emotional martyrdom.

Here’s how it tends to sneak in:

Saying yes when your whole system is whispering no

Giving and giving and giving….and maybe hoping someone will notice how tired you are

Showing up because “you always do”, not because it’s aligned in that moment

Wearing strength like armor and love like duty

Sound familiar?

I saw it. Felt it. Named it.
And now I’m choosing to set it down. Lovingly. Without drama. But definitely….fully.

What I’m Choosing Instead: Interdependence

Here’s what I know for sure:

We’re not here to be anyone’s savior.
We’re also not here to do it all alone.

We’re here to co-create.

To heal in integrity.
To love without disappearing.

Interdependence means we get to show up as ourselves, with our needs, our boundaries, our joy, and our truth—while trusting that others can do the same.

This is the future. And I’m leaning all the way in.

✨ Quick Practice: Breaking the Emotional Martyrdom Pattern (Gently)

If you’re noticing some of these old over-giving patterns in yourself, try this centering practice. It’s simple but powerful—because awareness + intention really can shift everything.

1) Put one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Take three slow breaths. Let your body know you’re listening.

2) Ask yourself:

Where am I giving from depletion rather than overflow?

Is this act of care rooted in love… or in fear? Fear of not being enough? Fear of losing love? Fear of abandonment?

Let whatever arises come without judgment. Just notice.

3) Then say (aloud or silently):

“I honor the part of me that learned to love this way. But I’m ready to love without leaving myself.”

“It’s safe to care for others and care for me.”

“I release the old story. I choose balance, joy, and truth.”

Bonus prompt:

Next time you feel the urge to say yes out of guilt, pause and ask,

“Would I still say yes if I trusted that I’m already enough? If I trusted that I’m worthy of unconditional acceptance and love?”

Sometimes, that’s all it takes to begin writing a new pattern.

I’m still here.
I’ll show up for the things I’ve said yes to through Spirit.

But I’m also sipping tea with my inner child.

Lighting candles and breathing through the next layer.
Laughing at myself.

Know I’m just listening more than I’m speaking.
Tending more than I’m teaching.
Not because I’m gone—but because I’m getting clearer for what’s next.

Because I’m not here to disappear in love.

I’m here to shine in it.

Hello Friends,

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve written. Please know—you’ve been in my heart the whole time.

I recently moved into a new home, and with so many inner and outer shifts unfolding, I needed a little space to integrate it all. I’ve missed being in connection and I want you to know: I didn’t mean to leave you hanging. Sometimes we just have to flow with the river of life when it rises, churns, and carries us somewhere new. I’m so grateful for your presence here, and you can expect to see me more regularly again now.

As we prepare to gather in the sacred waters of Bali, I recall last year’s water temple visit and I feel the soft current of guidance moving through me—gentle, crystalline, insistent.

Water is not just water.It is a living, breathing intelligence.It is memory. It is mirror.It is a carrier of consciousness.

In “The Christ Letters: Jesus Returns, Speaks His Truth“, Yeshua reminds us that the living water is within us—that we are not meant to be merely seekers of truth but vessels of it. That when we attune to the frequencies of divine love, praise, and gratitude, the water in and around us begins to sing with remembrance.

Science now echoes what Spirit has always whispered:Water responds to vibration. Water listens. Water holds intention. And water heals.

This is why, in Bali, we are called not simply to bathe in holy springs or admire their beauty—but to activate the waters within and without. To become vessels of living water. To pour praise into the rivers. To speak truth into our cells. To remember that we are mostly water—and that water is, at its essence, divine intelligence in motion.

Can you feel it?

And I’ll be honest - Lately I’ve had to be more intentional than ever about what I allow into my field.

The world feels loud. So many conversations that circle the same path. So much media that floods the waters of our being with fear, distraction, and dissonance. It’s easy to become saturated with frequencies that were never ours to carry.

I’ve felt it in my own body. The moments I’ve cried without knowing why. The heaviness in my heart that didn’t belong to just me.

But I’ve also felt the shift. When I pause. When I listen. When I bless the waters within me. When I return to my own signature frequency—the still point where heaven lives. Where love reigns. Where joy and presence rules — even amid these times.

This is the gift of water. It receives what we give it. And it responds with clarity, with calm, with remembering.

In this sacred immersion, we are not escaping. We are returning. To rhythm. To reverence. To resonance.

We remember that water holds the key. And we are ready to turn it.

Hello friends,

As the radiant light of the Scorpio full moon pours through our collective field, I find myself drawn inward—to contemplate, to listen, to remember. These sacred moonlit moments often illuminate what has been hidden, inviting us to reintegrate parts of ourselves we may have disowned. While many are familiar with shadow work—the tender act of facing the traits we’ve been shamed into burying—fewer speak of what I call the golden shadows.

Golden shadows are the sacred gifts we’ve hidden—not because they were dark, but because they were too bright for others who had not yet awakened to their own light. These could be your voice, your vision, your power to teach, to heal, to express, to feel deeply. Often, we tucked these away when they triggered discomfort in others. But that was never about us. It was their projection… and now it’s time to call those golden gifts home.

Under Scorpio’s influence, the themes of potency, sensuality, and creativity rise to the surface. I’ve been working closely with the affirmation:
“I am potent.”
Such a simple phrase… yet it unlocks something deep and ancient.

Potency is woven into our wombs, our words, our works of art. It is the life-force we channel when we speak from soul, when we create from truth, when we walk as divine love incarnate. And for many of us, this potency was once silenced—punished, feared, even exiled. We may have learned it wasn’t safe to be fully seen. But that chapter is over.

During meditation this week, I called in guidance from Yeshua and received a vision—a healing of my sacral chakra and womb. As I moved through that energy, I felt a sharpness above my left eye. The left eye connects to the right brain: our creative center, the home of intuition, vision, and artistry. The message was clear:
Realize your potency to express your full potential.

Many of you may notice heightened dreams during this moon phase. Often, the gifts trying to return to us appear as monsters or villains. Why? Because the last time we embraced them, we were hurt. But now…
Face them. Love them. Let them melt.

What once scared us is asking to be reclaimed. The world needs your light. Not next month. Not next year. Now. Speak your truth—not from ego, but from anchored neutrality and unconditional love. This is the path of divine discipline. It takes great courage and compassion to see clearly, to walk the fine line of embodied power and grace.

Over the past week, I noticed myself projecting. Rather than owning my power, I unconsciously cast it outward, perceiving judgment where there was none. These moments are sacred teachers. They call us home to the truth:
It’s all within. It always was.

So let us drop the judgments—of self and other—and return to our original light. Let us shine with full expression. Let us walk as love.
Let us be Divine Love Incarnate.

Last year, I embarked on a deep passage through the Medicine Wheel as part of the Munay-Ki Peruvian Shamanic Rites—a year-long process of merging with the ancient wisdom of the Peruvian Quechua Mountain traditions. It was a journey of profound surrender, penance, perseverance, and ultimately, transformation.

After walking many paths of letting go, I found myself, one day after a rite of passage, being called to rest. To lay down and allow my guides to work on me—energetically, physically, spiritually. It was a moment of great recalibration. Another turning of the cosmic wheel.

Mystical happenings have been a daily occurrence for me over the years. Visitors to my home in Sedona often call it a “playhouse”, a realm where beings, energies, and frequencies appear in a dance of remembrance. Paranormal experiences—once considered strange—quickly become familiar. Here, the extraordinary becomes the ordinary. In truth, everything is always working on our behalf, orchestrating our growth and expansion back into the love from which we came.

On that particular day, as I lay resting in my home in Missouri, I heard a message spoken audibly in my room:

“All karma has been paid.”

I was stunned — curious, but somehow at peace. I didn’t fully understand the magnitude of those words at the time, but I knew they carried great significance. It happened just before I left for Bali to host a retreat container last fall.

When I say yes to holding sacred space for others—especially the caliber of souls who are drawn to my containers—I know I am saying yes to so much more than an event. I say yes to clearing anything that may arise within the group. I say yes to purifying judgments, releasing dense emotions, and stepping into complete neutrality. I can only take others as far as I have gone myself, and I carry that responsibility with humility and devotion.

This is why the spaces I hold are powerful: because they are built upon a foundation of lifetimes of surrender, healing, and commitment to love.

After that powerful clearing last year, life began to feel lighter.

Synchronicities multiplied.

Miracles unfolded.

Long-held diseases dissolved.

Relationships healed and blossomed.

Opportunities I could never have imagined opened before me.

A deep clarity and unwavering confidence rooted within my being.

As I came into greater alignment with the divine plan, friction fell away. Dis-ease, born from resistance and misalignment, dissolved naturally. I realized: when we walk the path we ourselves designed with full trust, life becomes a gentle, miraculous unfolding.

Every obstacle is recognized as a sacred gift, placed by our higher self with love. Every challenge becomes an initiation into deeper gratitude. And in gratitude, density transmutes effortlessly.

I began to experience karmic lessons instantly. No longer stretched across lifetimes — learning, correcting, healing all in the EverNow.

I saw clearly the soul “flow chart” of many of my incarnations:

A lobotomized 20th century American housewife.

An alchemist during the Spanish inquisition.

A German soldier.

A Native American leader.

A Mayan healer during colonization.

A Hindu teacher.

A 16th century French queen.

An African warrior queen.

A Catholic Saint from 15th century Italy.

An Egyptian concubine during the Ptolemaic dynasty.

And countless others, spanning not just Earth, but the stars.

Through it all, I learned to trust the EverNow. To trust the process. To trust the unfolding.

Like the eagle spirit animal I was granted during my Medicine Wheel journey, I soared to heights where much was revealed.

Today, i can say:

My soul is pure.

My heart is open.

My words are true.

My hope is eternal.

And my fear of death — the root of all fears — has dissolved.

I am reborn.

The inward journey requires sacrifice — and it offers a reward beyond measure: the peace of remembering who you truly are.

I have seen myself, seated in the ethers, finalizing the soul’s plan for this lifetime.

This knowing brings me faith to speak my truth, to walk with integrity, to gather the Rainbow Tribe — the souls who have waited lifetimes for this moment.

For us.

Have you ever felt the Earth hold you like a mother?
Not just beneath your feet—but all around you?
Enfolding you. Whispering to you.
Rebirthing you.

Today I want to share something deeply personal. A transmission that emerged from stillness, from presence, from listening to the living intelligence of the Earth herself.

Over the past week, I've taken time to slow down—stepping out of the noise, into contemplation, and into the joy of our sacred circles. Michelle and I have been having so much fun with these daily gatherings. These are living prayers in motion—spaces of frequency, play, remembrance, and divine alignment.

In many of our circles, I begin by guiding us into resonance with Mother Earth's signature frequency. You've heard me speak of this before—how everything in creation has a unique energetic expression. Every tree, every body, every sound, every soul—each one, a signature frequency. Earth, as one conscious body, hums her own divine melody. And each of us—like cells within her—are meant to live in harmony with that tone. Not in dissonance, but in sacred co-creation.

Reconnecting with her frequency isn't just a practice—it’s a return.

A remembering of our place in the living, breathing body of creation.

And in one of those moments of deep attunement, the Earth spoke.

She offered a meditation.

Normally, when I connect with Earth, her energy moves through my root, rising up through my system like a spiral of life. But this time—this time, it came differently. It rose up behind me, curled around me, and encased me. I was suddenly surrounded by her—like I had returned to the womb.

A living, breathing womb of the Earth.

In that moment, I felt the wisdom of the many masters who sought rebirth by entering caves. Yeshua among them. He would often retreat into a sacred cave, and I remember visiting him there—one of the few he allowed inside. It was his sanctuary. A holy refuge.

And as I felt this embrace of Earth, I remembered caves I’ve visited around the world—Sedona, Kauai, others—each one a portal. Each one a space where the veil thins. A place to be held. To return. To be made new.

That experience brought forward an even earlier memory.

Many years ago, at the beginning of my healing journey, I entered a sensory deprivation chamber. Floating in silence, I was suddenly transported into my own origin memory—the womb.

You see, I was what the world calls an “accidental” pregnancy. My parents were teenagers. My mother hadn’t even graduated high school. Her mother—my grandmother—was not pleased. She demanded an abortion. But my mother said no. She left home. She married my father. Her mother even tried to prosecute him.

But fate is sacred.

As I understand it, my grandmother wasn’t present, but the judge—or perhaps it was an attorney, I was still in the womb—looked directly at my parents and said, “What kind of mother does this to her daughter?” He tore up the paperwork and told them, “Go raise your baby.”

And so, I was allowed to come into this world.

That womb I floated in was filled with anxiety, uncertainty, fear… and Mountain Dew. (I am very grateful to my mother—for her courage, her love, and her refusal to abandon me, even in imperfect circumstances.)

And isn't that the soup many children float in even now?
Fear-soaked wombs. The buzz of mass media. Anxiety cloaked as protection.

But here’s what I know to be true: the Earth is not doomed.

She is healing. She is birthing something new.

And if we allow ourselves to feel her—deeply—we remember how whole she truly is.

So today, I offer you a meditation.

One that came through in the womb-space of silence.

A journey into the body of the Earth—and if you’re open—into the womb of the cosmos itself.

Because some of us live in both realms—the physical and the etheric. The 3D and the 5D. I often walk between worlds. And it is a beautiful place to walk.
