Each year, Accord Hospice looks forward to celebrating our skilled nursing home facilities during National Skilled Nursing Home Care Week in May. We express gratitude for their compassion and dedication to those they serve. This years theme is entitled "Moments in Bloom," of which we know there are many!

What a day! This year our one-day, resource-rich, triumphant Caregiver Day of Renewal brought 47 Caregivers, 17 Vendors, 11 Speakers, and many volunteers together for education, resources, thoughtful conversation, and much needed rejuvenation! We are grateful beyond words for this community making our caregivers who give so much a priority! Catch just a glimpse of this extraordinary day in the photos.
What's next? We, along with Home Instead, and Arizona Care Management Solutions will host a Caregiver Boot Camp, beginning April 18th at the Connection Room! Watch our page for more information!

What a day we have planned for our 4th Annual Caregiver Day of Renewal...and if you are caring for a loved one - this day is for YOU!
