Blessings, Everyone! If you would like to take advantage of the $20 off any session 60 mins or more before the end of the month, there are only a few availabilities left. I have two appointments available for Saturday 25th, and two on Friday 31st as well. Offerings include 30 min Neck Treatment ($10 off), Swedish/Deep Tissue, Quantum Balancing, Thai Yoga Massage, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Polarity Energy Therapy, and Breath to Body Awareness (reconnects the mind to the body increasing proprioceptive awareness, enhances balance, is deeply relaxing and includes Polarity when necessary). Based on too many clients recently no call/no showing on me, I will now have to require a deposit when booking an appointment. I hate to have to do this, but if I'm not left time to book another client in place of the person not coming in, I am losing out on my day's pay. Hello, beautiful people! I recently was blessed with a wonderful new office space!! I will now be offering my full menu of services again.

*Post-injury and Post-surgical sessions offer a restructuring of the postural alignment while balancing the energetic body. This is a gentle form of bodywork, yet is very deep and centering. Great for integration of the mind, body, energy, and spirit. This is a deeply relaxing experience

*Swedish/Deep Tissue sessions help to move the circulation, detox the body, and open up the muscular system.

*Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient modality that combines acupressure and assisted stretching using hatha yoga poses. It calms the mind and body, but is also quite invigorating.

*Private yoga and meditation sessions are designed specifically to the individual needs of the client. This is perfect for those who have always wanted to start a spiritual practice, but don't know where to start, or think they can't do it. Massage Therapy is a truly holistic practice. It can relieve stress and pain from the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. Finding a high quality LMT can be difficult. One that massages with you and not at you. The body tells a story, and a therapist who can hear and listen to that story is rare. I pride myself on being one of those who not only listens to the story, but cares and loves being able to bring ease and compassion to that story. I have even developed my own personal modality that follows the story line from beginning to end. If you are interested in experiencing somatic bodywork in a new way, i have openings. Because of the potentially emotional experience, I offer in home sessions so you won't have to deal with traffic or other exposures from the outside world while being in the post massage state of being, which also helps me keep my rates more reasonable.
