When you begin to recognize the Divine Light that is you, you will begin to recognize that same Divine Light in All. Divine Light is inherent in every living soul on the planet.

Recognizing that Divine Light in the one you despise, fear, hate, etc. heals the part of you that hides behind your fears.

It also wakens the Divine in the one before you, and allows their free will choice to step forward.

Believe you are a living, breathing part of Creation.

I was recently asked how I was able to offer healing sessions through zoom or over the phone without connecting with them in person. Distance Reiki has always been a part of practicing Reiki. It is a different experience than an in-person session, but it is just as powerful. I sometimes feel as if it is more powerful over a distance. There is no "second guessing' your experience when it occurs over a distance. You simply know and feel it taking place. Your brain can't tell you things like, "Oh, well that was just the warmth from her hands." Distance healing sessions occur because there really is no time and space between your energetic body and the whole of the loving Universe. You are always connected to the whole of Creation and every moment is held in the Infinite reality. This is true for everyone, not just those who have taken a class or otherwise learned to connect to the flow of Unconditional Love. Simply, breathe in the breath of life, and have the willingness to remember the Divine aspect of your soul!
