When you don’t have much time for self care, finding ways to multitask is worth it’s weight in gold. Built this lightweight mobile red light chamber so I can get at least something in when I’m doing the dishes or some computer work. Total cost: ~$250. Quite a bit less than those “fancy named” ones, works arguably better.

In the Integrated Kinesiotaping Concepts course, there is no manual. Only concepts. We teach you how to think for yourself and customize your treatment for the person in front of you, not for a generic condition. Gary is a Functional Neurology Specialist with a background as an Osteopath. His focused studies have been on how neurology and body regulation affect body dysfunction and human performance.
Gary enjoys shaping the next generation of therapists as the program advisor for a university Sports Therapy Bachelor Degree program, as well as head assistant for Neurokinetic Therapy in Hong Kong.
You guys will get an excellent perspective while taking a Strength Therapy course from him! He’s got a ton of clinical experience and loves sharing it with his students!
