Are you feeling this full moon energy? Human beings tend to highlight all the things that are going wrong but today I am suggesting we refocus on what is going right. It is still important to be guided by this moon energy and really become aware of what it is illuminating inside of you that is not in alignment. The more you are honest with yourself about what is not working the more space you will create to bring in what is in soul alignment. Life is not easy and some of the conflicts are lessons to help you grow, so please don’t discredit the hard times. Challenging times are there to teach you something so you can grow into the best version of yourself and can offer your true self to the world. Embody love and love yourself so much you are committed to doing the work so you can walk your path in soul alignment for what is meant for you. The energy of this full moon with the lunar eclipse has so much to reach us. Open your soul and be ready to do the work. This is the most powerful moon of the year, so don’t forget to put your moon water out so you can harness this energy and work with it for months to come. Are you feeling the full moon energy? I am beyond the moon thankful for my Flow & Restore Yoga class last night. The energy that the students created together was amazing. The intention of my class was to become aware of the full moon and eclipse energy this week and use the energy to become aware of patterns that are not serving anymore. This lunar eclipse happening on September 7 is bringing an energy of new beginnings. To be able to begin again we must have space for this new creation to be manifested in our soul space and life. May you tap into the energy of the moon to be able to release what no longer serves in order to welcome what is in soul alignment for you. Thank you to all who stepped on their mat with me this week. If you know me, you know my life revolves around holistic self care and healing personally and professionally. Two months ago I discovered life wave patches and I have been wearing them daily. Intentions cards have a way of speaking to the soul, offering messages from energy outside yourself, bringing light to what you need to see, showing you what you need to feel, confirming your inner knowing and moving you in a direction that honors your true self. During this lifetime I have been working so hard at going deep within myself to discover my true authenticity. I have been working on healing childhood wounds, traumas and emotions that are I no longer need to carry because all of what has happened out of my control does not serve me to carry any longer. I welcome the moon phases and energy of eclipses into my energy field to support my journey within. As I get to know myself on a deeper level I see a need to use my voice. A voice to own my worth, speak my truth, create a space that is healthy for relationships, offer self care knowledge and a voice that acknowledges the light and love I have to shine on others and myself. This is the season for me to express myself. To truly look at my life in a deeper fashion and decide what is still truly serving me. My voice allows me a modality to communicate my needs, wants and desires for the highest version of my authentic self as I evolve through every moment I experience. As a Yogini I also understand the notion of speak what is going to have positive impact rather than saying things that will not hold great value to the change I want to see in my life. I also know what is meant for me will stay no matter if I am in the season of using my voice and communicating the importance of my presence on this earth. We all have so many gifts to share with ourselves and the world. Today I am encouraging you to love yourself so much that you go within and make sure all you are involved in is serving you. I am reminding you that you can speak your truth and honor your worth. You deserve to be fully heard, seen, loved, cared for. Do not take less than you deserve. Do not settle for bare minimum. Live out loud because this is your lifetime to shine. Empower yourself to go within, discover all the parts of yourself and truly experience every moment as it comes. Your truth is beautiful. Your communication is healing. ❤️

I know I put my heart and soul into my class and gave my students the best experience I could offer when I see the props and bowls looking like this at the end of class. I have been teaching yoga for 8 years. Over the 8 years I have been cultivating my signature class which is Flow & Restore with Vibrational Sound Therapy. As I grew as a student of yoga, a teacher of yoga and a healer I began to create a class that embodied all of yoga and emphasized the importance of calming the nervous system to activate the innate healing ability in the human body to promote harmony and balance in the whole being. In this 75 minute class we begin with meditation and breath work followed by a gentle vinyasa practice. The second half of the class is a full restorative yoga practice with vibrational sound therapy. I absolutely love offering my students the option to receive sound healing on their bodies during restorative poses. I teach this class on Wednesday and Thursdays at 7:00PM at Jala Studio in Pawtucket RI next to Wild Flour Bakery. I would love to see you on your mat taking the best care of you through the practice of yoga. Peace, Love & Namaste ☮️❤️🕉️🙏
