This past week has been a busy one for Team Kirchner… and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We were honored to attend this special event on Friday benefiting Norma's House Children's Advocacy Center, an organization doing incredibly important work to protect and advocate for children across Gonzales and surrounding communities. 💚💜💙

From advancing women’s care at the midwifery summit to showing up locally in Gonzales for the Bingo, Bags, & Badges fundraiser, our team has been out in the community, connecting, supporting, and standing alongside the people we serve. 🫶

Care doesn’t stop at the clinic doors.

A question I get all the time from patients is:

"What supplements should I actually be taking?" 🤔

The supplement world can be overwhelming. There are hundreds of products marketed to women for hormones, gut health, immunity, energy… the list goes on.

But before we start talking about targeted supplements for specific conditions, I usually recommend starting with two simple foundations.

1️⃣ A high-quality probiotic.

A healthy microbiome plays a huge role in women’s health. It influences digestion, immune function, urinary health, and even the balance of the vaginal microbiome. When those systems are supported, many other aspects of health tend to function better as well.
