The injunction has been granted!
However, the Texas Supreme Court has overturned the 2021 injunction on delta 8.
We are still waiting to see exactly what this all means, but it's possible that there will be a ban on other products.
As of right now, it's looking like THCA flower will be uneffected.
We will continue to give updates and we learn more.

The hearings for the Texas h**p industry started today and will be running over the next couple of days.
As of right now, our Temporary Restraining Order is set to expire on Saturday.
Flower is still currently available in the state, but if the judge sides against us, it will not be available after Friday.
I will inform you all as I learn more.
