The holiday season is fast approaching. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone to seek help. It's called Life Recovery, because it's true like is hard. Yes we work with and help those affected by addictions (both the one addicted and their loved ones), but life is hard and we all could use some help recovering from it.
