When I am early to my appointments, I sit somewhere close and wait. This morning, I was by the golf course. So, in 31 degree weather, I get out of my car and crawl around on the ground to get pictures of the ice LOL

Meet my new toy! At my age, hot flashes are just a way of life. Being a massage therapist and hot flashes suck. I was desperate for something I could use to not die of heat. I found this gem and let me tell you!!! GAME CHANGER! If you see me wearing this during your session, don't freak out. I'm just trying not to sweat on you LOL $20ish on Amazon.

Not gonna lie. This virus stuff is crazy. It's like living in the Matrix or something. Lol
It has also made me do a reset, of sorts, and get back to LIVING!
As a result, I like to sit on my back porch and soak up the sun. There's a moderate breeze that takes the sting of the sun away. The leaves rustling; it's so soothing. I can hear about 4 different bird songs, all different. I know there are many more that live here. 💕 The squirrels are foraging and also stealing our peanuts LOL
The cicadas are singing their songs from the tree tops.
I've been blessed with another day and for that, I am thankful!
Remember to make time for yourself. Come see me and let me soothe your aches and pains.
