Today we’re excited to recognize Payton Hedrick for her outstanding leadership at Seiling Municipal Hospital. Her dedication, guidance, and support make a positive impact on both our staff and patients every day.

Payton is our Business Office Manager and has been with Seiling Municipal Hospital since June 2022. Her favorite time of year is summertime—she loves spending time at the lake with friends and family. ☀️🚤

She is also looking forward to watching her oldest son start pre-K and going on a cruise later this year!

🏆 Employee of the Year: Mykalia Capps

Kali has been with Seiling Municipal Hospital since 2014! Her favorite part of her job is caring for our patients, and she has truly enjoyed becoming part of the Seiling Hospital family.

Kali also loves working with new nurses and being a positive influence during their training. She is proudly following in her mother’s footsteps and carries that same dedication and compassion into her work every day.
