I am sad to let you all know that unfortunately we are closing our weight loss clinic as of Fri March 29th. Ideal Protein is still an amazing company with wonderful products.

I want to say how special I have felt working with all of my phenomenal clients. We've laughed, cried, and lost a lot of weight. You were vulnerable with me and I hope you know how much I appreciate that! I'm going to miss you all.

Roasted Cauliflower Hummus, pg. 146 -- The hummus may be used for dipping with fresh veggies or assorted IP chips. I sometimes add extra smoked paprika for a kick. Prepare the hummus and taste to see what you might like best for flavorings.
