If you know me from all my love and hardcore work at Yoga Rev, this is the continuation of that journey. This JUNE 4-6th unplug off-grid, do some yoga, relaxing, anti-anxiety life with the knowledge that you got this and as always YOU DO YOU.

And since I L O V E choices, you can chose the 3 day, 2 day, or 1 day option for your retreat. You can also pick glamping out here or bring your own mini trailer or set up. Have vegetarian or vegan meals prepared for you or travel your own goodness. Choices.

What is a Death Doula?

In laypersonโ€™s terms, a non-medical end of life caregiver.
In my understanding from my training, the one who can make the walk home with you and your love ones. As we walk together, your death doula can be anything: support, advocate, researcher, guide, space creator, or safe harbor for you to create and do what you and your family and friends need to do as we walk into the transition of lightness.

I as work on my certification, I dream of what we can do together. What if I could give you the literal space, a retreat of souls, to start the process of understanding the walk home.

The place where you can learn and grow your tools for carving out grief, building the emotional ship needed to carry you across any sea that arises in your horizon. Thatโ€™s my dream.

A walking each other home retreat. Open to friends, family, and you. We spend a few days learning, trusting, and in some moments, the need to be real, raw and honest about death.

This is just one chapter in the story of the collective.
