As we prepare for the winter storm headed our way today I wanted to send out a reminder of my three favorite immunity boosters for the winter season ahead. And yes, I literally use all of these on a regular basis.
Fermented garlic honey, echinacea tea with elderberry, and lemon ginger drops are all super easy to make, are absolutely delicious, and are a simple and natural way to provide your immune system with the support it needs.
