The Selkirk Studio is officially complete and open for business! Monday evening conditioning class is full, but registration is still open for all other classes. Can’t commit to a full month, or want to try class to see if it’s right you, $15 drop in for any class but please contact me in advance. As of June 1st Albany Holistic Kinesiology is fully operational in Selkirk and I will no longer be working out of the previous Western Avenue office.

The privacy and tranquility that this space provides allows us, practitioner and patient, to slow down, listen, and discover the root cause of your pain and mobility issues together as a team.

And coming soon, the Selkirk Studio will be an extension of that work to continue moving with intention and awareness so that you can maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle.

Albany Holistic Kinesiology was created to treat chronic pain and movement dysfunctions by addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms. Erin takes the time to asses both the physical and emotional aspects of chronic pain, including structural alignment, neuromuscular function, and chakra balancing. There is no “One Size Fits All” approach to pain. You are a whole person and should be treated as such, not just a list of symptoms.
