Can’t commit to a full month, or want to try class to see if it’s right you, $15 drop in for any class but please contact me in advance. It may have a been slow start, but the Selkirk Studio is quickly becoming a reality. I cannot thank the many hands behind the scenes enough for working very hard to help make this dream come true.

As of June 1st Albany Holistic Kinesiology is fully operational in Selkirk and I will no longer be working out of the previous Western Avenue office.

The privacy and tranquility that this space provides allows us, practitioner and patient, to slow down, listen, and discover the root cause of your pain and mobility issues together as a team.

And coming soon, the Selkirk Studio will be an extension of that work to continue moving with intention and awareness so that you can maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle.

Love hanging out with my forest friends! I found this spot not long after moving here and it quickly became my go-to spot. Anyone coming to the home office for an appointment should take the 10 minute drive and check out Hollyhock Hollow!

What a perfect way to spend a rainy Saturday doing two of my favorite things, yoga and spending time with dogs!

Got to bust out my new yoga mat from with a design by my incredibly talented brother for a fundraiser for , an incredible organization that trains shelter dogs as therapy dogs to then be placed with veterans and first responders.

And as a bonus the yoga class was lead my friend Mayleen from !

Reminder to spend time doing things that feed your soul.
