🎄🎄🎄This time next year we will be in our new home. And as we walk into our current home for the last Christmas season, we reflect on all the wonderful families we’ve been privledged to serve along the way.

Though a building may be seen as nothing more then the materials it was made from, this building was built from more than just wood and metal. It was built on a mission to treat people differently. To treat them with dignity, respect and with a skill unmatched in the healthcare community.

The Christmas holiday celebrates God’s promise kept to all creation. And as we close 2025 and move into our new Sellersburg location in 2026, our promise remains to never forget our roots.

Because our humble beginnings continue to be our cherished foundation. And our foundation was built on putting the CARE of the people we love and gladly serve from our community FIRST.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Kenneth Jarvis served our country proudly as a member of the US Navy during World War II. He was one of the many BRAVE soldiers that landed on the beaches of Normandy, bound to liberate the Europeans from the grips of the Axis powers. He would have been 100-years old today. At Carefirst, we take time to honor those who have served and are currently serving. We are forever in debt to your selfless actions.

We thank our dear friend and former Advisory Board Member Ann Jarvis for sharing some personal, heartfelt memories of her husband and true, real life American hero!
