I am excited to share my experience with Tina Christine Biddle Pilates & Nutrition in her personal studio! I recently tried a nutritional Pilates coaching session, and it was truly calming, informative, and tailored to my health needs. Picture below is the Ped-O-Pull: This is a classic Pilates apparatus originally designed by Joseph Pilates. It features a foot pedal attached to springs and a pole, used for exercises that challenge core stability and upper body strength in a functional standing position. Tina brought this to Kaleidoscope to have me give it a whirl. I have to say not as easy as you would think. My instinct was to crush it to the floor...needless to say not the intent of the exercise 😅
